Question:

Who can visit The Rachofsky House? Will it still be open to the public?

Answer:

Beginning January 2013, The Rachofsky House will be closed to the public. All of our education visits and programs will move to The Warehouse.

Question:

What will this new space offer?

Answer:

We are excited to grow into this space and figure out how to best use it for academic research and educational programming. Initially, it will allow for more students to visit at once, about 40 at a time (broken into 2 groups of 20), without having one group outside, as was the case at The Rachofsky House. We are also excited about our LIBRARY and the possibility of using the space and the art for ACADEMIC RESEARCH.

We welcome ideas and input from fellow educators on how to make the most of this new opportunity. Please do not hesitate to email us with ideas and suggestions.

Question:

Answer:

No. The Warehouse is not available for meetings, corporate events or private events, such as weddings or birthday parties. There are no exceptions to this rule.
