VISIT GUIDELINES

We look forward to welcoming you to The Warehouse.

In our continued efforts to maintain a safe space for viewing art, we ask that guests observe the following guidelines during their Group Visit. Please read through the guidelines and take responsibility for communicating all rules with guests in your group in advance of the visit. A Group Visit may be cancelled if any of the guidelines are not followed.

  • All Group Visits will be limited to 20 guests per group, with a maximum of 2 groups of 20 simultaneously (40 total). These maximums include teachers and required chaperones. If your group will have more than 20 guests, you must notify The Warehouse Staff in advance. If your group arrives with more than 20 guests per group, the visit will be cancelled.
  • Middle school and high school students must have 1 chaperone for every 10 students. Group leaders should communicate with chaperones that their primary purpose during the visit is to ensure that students adhere to the rules below. Please share these guidelines to all teacher and parent chaperones prior to visiting The Warehouse.
  • Parking is available for 30 cars or 2 buses; please encourage guests to carpool. Press 101 at call box to enter gate. All buses will be required to park inside the gate. Please communicate this request in advance to the driver of the bus. Entrance to The Warehouse is through the center concrete stairs/ramp.
  • The Warehouse will do its best to meet the needs of visitors with accessibility challenges. Please give us as much advanced notice as possible. Registered service animals only are permitted on tours.
  • None of the art may be touched. A good, general rule is to stand at least three feet away from the art. Any visitor who violates this rule will be asked to leave The Warehouse immediately for the duration of the visit.
  • No food or drink are allowed in the galleries.
  • Guests might encounter artwork with strong language, male or female nudity, and sexual content. Due to the layout of the exhibition, it may not be possible to avoid galleries containing these works. Please feel free to contact The Warehouse Staff if you have concerns or would like to preview these works.
